Shipping and Returning

At Mila Kate, we wanted to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. Once you submitted the order and payment. An order confirmation email will send to you. Please contact us if you don't receive it. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about the state of the order.

Your package will be ship within 24 hours. Once shipped out, another email will be sent to you within the next 48 hours showing that the order has been shipped and could be tracked with the tracking number provided. Please allow 3 days for delivery.

Returns & Replacements
There is a chance you may not like the item you received. We accept returns within 14 days from your delivered date. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issue back to the original form of payment. Buyer will pay return shipping and restocking fee may apply.
